Download and fill out the Order Form. Type or print clearly. Include your
daytime phone or fax number. Indicate method of payment on the order form.
Add the appropriate delivery charges and VAT.
Prices
All prices quoted within this site exclude VAT at 20%, delivery and
engraving charges.
Engraving
Unless stated otherwise, all engraving of an inscription in a font and style
of our choosing. Please visit the engraving page for full details.
Order Placement
Orders can be placed on line, 24 hrs a day through our secure server, or by
email to sales@quintetpewter.com, or by telephone to 07930 907519.
Payment Details
We accept payment by either cheque or one of the following credit/debit
cards - VISA CARD/MASTERCARD/DETLA CARD/SWITCH CARD.
When order by mail, enclose your cheque or postal order made payable to
'Quintet International (UK) Ltd'.
E-mail/Faxed orders should include the type of credit card being used,
credit card number, expiry date, security code and your details. If you are
paying by switch please also include the issue number.
PLEASE NOTE ORDERS WILL BE DESPATCHED ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN CLEARED IN FULL.
- Order will not be despatched until payment has been cleared in full.
- Title, legal or beneficial, to any goods supplied by us, does not pass to
the customer unit payment has been made in full.
- Shortage or breakages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery.
All damaged goods are to be returned to us.
- Returns will be accepted up to 14 days form delivery, and refunds will be
given on items that have not been personalised in such a way that they
cannot be resold. Any engraving that was performed will still be charged at
the quoted rate. Postage charges for returns will be at the customer's
expense.
- Whilst every effect is made to meet delivery requirements, time shall not
be of the essence unless specifically agreed at the time of order.
- Placing an order denoted acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, unless
specific exception are noted and agreed.
- All size and capacities are close approximations.
